You will discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reactions

You are responsible for determining whether our products are suitable for your personal use
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Future Technologies LLC dba Plushderm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Bright Future Technologies LLC dba Plushderm shall not be liable for any injury, skin irritation, allergic reaction, or other adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our LED red light therapy masks or any other products.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Future Technologies LLC dba Plushderm, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our site, use of our products, or violation of these terms.
Medical Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult with a healthcare professional before using any skincare product or LED light therapy device, especially if you have sensitive skin, existing skin conditions, are pregnant, taking photosensitizing medications, or have a history of skin cancer.
